How do I apply for an apartment at Revel in Clearwater, FL?
You can apply online or in person at our leasing office at 6430 142nd Ave N, Clearwater, FL 33760. There is a $50 application fee per adult, plus a $150 administrative fee due at application. The standard security deposit is $500.

Yes! Revel welcomes up to 2 pets per apartment home. Dogs and cats are welcome (breed restrictions apply for dogs).

  • Maximum: 2 pets per home
  • Pet deposit: $300 refundable per pet
  • Pet fee: $200 nonrefundable per pet
  • Pet rent: $50/month per pet
