What is Revel’s pet policy, including fees and breed restrictions?
Revel allows a maximum of 2 pets per apartment home. For each pet, we require a $300 refundable pet deposit, a one-time $200 non-refundable pet fee, and $50 monthly pet rent. The following breeds are not permitted in our community: Akitas, Chow Chows, Doberman Pinschers, German Shepherds, Huskies, Malamutes, Pit Bulls, Presa Canarios, Rottweilers, Staffordshire Terriers, and Wolf-Hybrids.
How much is parking?
The surface parking lot is free for residents!
What utilities are residents responsible for?
Residents are responsible for electricity, water, and sewer. Other monthly fees are a $65 internet fee and a $35 valet trash fee.
